Smile Pediatric Therapy & Diagnostics (Smile) is a play-based, pediatric assessment and treatment center that positively makes a difference every day. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A BI-LINGUAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist clients in accordance with company policy and culture
- Assist and guide new clients with necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Send reminders of upcoming appointments daily
- Assist scheduling team with daily needs as required
- Maintain all temporary and permanent appointments for therapy services across assigned department(s).
- Coordinate with service providers and clients about any schedule changes
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
- Conduct standard clerical administrative operational procedures related to documentation, organization, and maintenance of business operations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA degree preferred, MUST have 1-2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting
- Fluency with Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Ability to perform other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Bilingual speaking is a must
SPECIAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Livescan-Background Check, TB clearance, & Health Screening
- Immunization for Pertussis and Measles
- Immunization for Influenza (annual requirement)
