Hr Executive Assistant [Philippines]


 

We are looking for an executive assistant to manage the recruiting and onboarding for our expanding call center and support team. Previous experience in recruiting for a BPO, or call center company is required. Administrative tasks will also be included, Email correspondences, first-round interviews, and maintaining extensive internal roster.

Compensation:

$10,000 - $20,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

    Manage the recruiting process
  • Ensure high standards are being met in the initial interview processes
  • Manage the new employee onboarding process
  • Maintain internal Staff Roster and schedule

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Must have 3 years of experience in BPO, Call Center or Customer Support company
  • Administrative background and organizational skills required
