Membership and Admin Junior Officer [Belgium]


 

TIC Council is recruiting a Membership and Admin Junior Officer to support with the membership application process, annual compliance reporting and administrative matters.
The successful applicant will work closely with the membership, compliance and administration team in Brussels.

Starting date: July-August 2023

Responsibilities

  • Respond to membership enquiries, review membership applications, and follow up on the membership application process;
  • Assist with completing, sending, tracking & reviewing Membership Renewal

Declarations, manage the MRD specialized portal, send membership invoices and issue membership certificates;

  • Guide members with the implementation of the TIC Council Compliance Code;
  • Guide & instruct members on how to use the Compliance Portal platform dedicated to annual reporting;
  • Assist with tracking & reviewing members’ compliance documents;
  • Update the Members’ Directory;
  • Assist with general office admin (order office supplies, organise team events, scan and file documents; maintaining office appliances, etc.);
  • Check the Secretariat e mail and respond to enquiries or forward to relevant colleague;
  • Update & extract reports from the CRM;
  • Assist with general organisation/logistics of annual TIC Summit/Annual General

Meeting.

Profile

  • At least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally as an administrative assistant
  • Fluency required in English (oral and written) and any other language is an asset, especially French
  • Quick learner who is a self-starter, can easily adapt to a fast-paced workplace, has strong problem-solving skills and is meticulous and extremely well organised
  • Proactive person who can work both in a team but also independently when required

Salary: €2,500.00 - €2,900.00 per month
