THE COMPANY:
Our client is a global investment management firm, advising many of the world’s leading families and wealth creators.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Log every correspondence from the CSSF in the relevant tool.
- Ensure these correspondences are saved in the relevant Compliance folder.
- Ensure the proper archiving of the original hardcopies of the same correspondences.
- Update of group registers.
- Ensure that every internal response to the regulator are recorded into the electronic tracker.
- Ensure that procedures and policies are recorded into the electronic tracker and check on the reviews performed with adequate reminders.
- Provide updated Policies and Procedures as well Regulatory watches to all staff.
- Ensure that all emails correspondence from the Regulatory Compliance Department are archived in the K drive for audit trail.
- Assist with GDPR coordination of tasks operated by the local DPO and the Data analyst.
- Assist with the GDPR coordination with various data champions on a number of tasks or identified inconsistencies.
- Update the compliance library with documents as required (guidance, trainings etc.).
- Monitor the archiving of Compliance paper documentation with the Data Management team and the Service provider.
- Assist in updating the Compliance report to the board of directors on the matters where you have ownership.
- Deliver a first analysis on client files with the support of the other members of the Compliance Team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Have a minimum of 1 year’ relevant experience within a regulated professional/financial services environment.
- Recognised diploma in Recognised diploma in Business, Law, Compliance Risk Management is preferred.
