Office Co-ordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

Role Description:

Central coordination with all Freesia project sites and other Divisions

Responsibilities:

1) Support the General Manager & Operations Manager for daily administration / coordination with site office(s).

2) Perform all office duties such as typing, filing, record-keeping, etc. as required.

3) Strong written & spoken English communication skills.

4) Good experience in similar secretarial job in reputed MEP companies.

5) Excellent command on computer – MS office, preparing reports, presentations, drafting letters.

6) Attending guests and treat them with utmost courtesy and respect at all times.

7) Timely respond to incoming calls, ensuring courtesy and respect to all callers.

8) Maintain proper filing, minimizing the creation of hard copies; reduce paperwork.

9) Ensure electronic files are backed-up at the end of every day’s activities.

10) Coordinate with other departments/sites, as required.

11) Perform any other tasks/duties as may be directed by the GM/OM.
