What You Will Accomplish Here…
This position will focus on the overall customer relationship for named key EMEA accounts, implementing:
Client Specific
- First class Account Management - retention and growth
- Ongoing customer satisfaction monitoring
- Customer Account plans
- Quarterly face to face business reviews
- Weekly/Monthly Account Management calls
- SLA for customer proposals
- Customer value add - new markets, new services, new relationships
- Disciplined use of company systems for sales tracking (CRM)
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Individual monthly reviews
- Preparation and issue of customer reviewed and signed off proposals
- To provide professional handovers to Operations for new projects
- To provide support, as required, for account management activities
- To provide support, as required, for marketing activities
- Customer roadmap aspirations to be shared with the regulatory team.
- Comfortable with targets and a sound commercial awareness
- Land-based and iGaming understanding desirable
- Previous Business Development/customer service experience desirable
- Must be able to read, write, and speak German fluently
- Language skills desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and flexible team-player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize between tasks
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to travel for up to 50% of the time
- 25 annual leave days
- Overall annual gross salary package of EUR 60.000 (annual gross salary EUR 45.000 + potential sales bonus EUR 15.000). Willingness to overpay based on experience.
