What You Will Accomplish Here…
This position will focus on the overall customer relationship for named key EMEA accounts, implementing:
Client Specific
  • First class Account Management - retention and growth
  • Ongoing customer satisfaction monitoring
  • Customer Account plans
  • Quarterly face to face business reviews
  • Weekly/Monthly Account Management calls
  • SLA for customer proposals
  • Customer value add - new markets, new services, new relationships
General
  • Disciplined use of company systems for sales tracking (CRM)
  • Forecast and track account metrics
  • Individual monthly reviews
  • Preparation and issue of customer reviewed and signed off proposals
  • To provide professional handovers to Operations for new projects
  • To provide support, as required, for account management activities
  • To provide support, as required, for marketing activities
  • Customer roadmap aspirations to be shared with the regulatory team.
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Comfortable with targets and a sound commercial awareness
  • Land-based and iGaming understanding desirable
  • Previous Business Development/customer service experience desirable
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak German fluently
  • Language skills desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and flexible team-player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize between tasks
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to travel for up to 50% of the time
