Human Resources Officer [Australia]


 

The Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) is the peak representative and advocacy body for local government in Victoria. We support councils through policy analysis, advice and advocacy, capacity building projects and by building collaborative relationships with other levels of government and key stakeholders.

We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Officer to support the HR function at the MAV and want to hear from you if you have at least two years’ experience in:

  • human resources including all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • developing and updating policies and procedures
  • learning and organisational development
  • occupational health & safety
  • employee wellbeing and recognition programs

You will have excellent relationship management and communication skills, a love of IT and administration and enjoy improving systems and processes.

The salary for this full-time position is between $80,000 – $85,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
