The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Process reconciliation & payment activities to our customers & partners.
- Maintain payment related reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure transaction details are captured accurately.
- Work closely with other departments to handle payment issues/ customer’s inquiries.
- Brainstorm with the Supervisor to solve transaction-related issues and improve payment processes.
- Assist line manager in other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate from Business Administration/ Finance/ Banking/ Accounting.
- Open for entry experiences.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Analytical thinking.
- Good communication.
- Strong attention to details.
- Basic English skill.
