LEASING CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a high energy individual that is self-motivated, loves to lease and loves to market. The Leasing Consultant is the first contact a prospective resident will have with our apartment community. As the first impression of the community, it is important for the Leasing Consultant to understand the value of providing strong customer service, effective sales techniques and how to overcome objections. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player to add to a fast growing company.

LEASING AGENT DUTIES

  • Make sure all staff greets all guests as soon as the front door opens, snacks and beverages are out daily. Flowers must be bought for the office every week.
  • Assist with Dashboard it needs to be accurate, move-ins and move-outs needs to be done on a daily basis.
  • Assist with property and complete a walk inspection.
  • Make sure all leasing agents have cleared out CRM Queue on a daily basis no later than 5:00 PM, all traffic is submitted daily no later than 5:00 PM.
  • Knowledge of Rent Café must be utilized
  • Knowledge of LRO must be utilized
  • Collect and deposit application fees before screening, by money order or online on property's RentCafe website
  • Process application within CRM ?ResidentScreen service
  • Check Dashboard daily and update application status
  • Ensure residents' phone numbers and emails are in Yardi ? correct phone and email via RentCafe Site Manager OR CRM
