Objective: To review clinical conditions and help in the coordination of referrals in relation to medical services available in each facility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review the social and mental background of patients if appropriate for our facilities.
- Check patients' health insurance eligibility. This may include communicating with the insurance provider or use of different tools to check validity.
- Admit eligible and appropriate patients in the facilities.
- Coordinate with social workers from different hospitals to ensure smooth placement of patients.
- Answer questions related to services and referrals through all scripts.
- Coordinate with marketers assigned to different hospitals to make sure patients are taken care of.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure that medical services needed by patients are available prior to acceptance of referrals.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a USRN with a NY license.
- With a strong clinical and documentation background.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail to accurately capture and maintain customer information.
- Advanced computer skills including typing speed, email, internet research, downloading and uploading files, and working in multiple browser windows.
- Extremely comfortable using new technology and software.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: Php60,950.00 - Php82,150.00 per month
