The People Business Partner (PBP) Breweries is responsible end-to-end for the quality execution of the People products. The role is also responsible for shaping the People Strategic plan for the area while implementing the People Cycle and People Processes.

The role:
  • Be the credible People partner for the employees of Leuven and Bellevue (white collars, blue collars and managers)
  • Co-create and execute the strategy for People topics in the scope together with the People Manager Brewery Leuven and Bellevue
  • Play a strategic role in advising, training and monitoring of the business’s leadership and management on our existing People policies and procedures (e.g. People Cycle, career development, excellence programs, talent programs, ZBB people package budget and other KPIs)
  • Own day-to-day execution of operations (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, people cycle, talent pipeline, HR compliance, Turnover, etc)
  • Review and improve Organizational Blueprints for the scope; own the implementation of any changes to the Blueprints, and deliver expected financials. Frequent follow-up on the budgetary compliance on the People Package and recommend necessary adjustments to the business with a view of enhancing departmental performance.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to raise the bar on people products (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Rewards, Employee Experience, People Analytics)
  • Handle employee relations cases
  • Own the HR KPIs and metrics related to People topics (People dashboard) in the business and use these findings to co-develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business’s strategy
  • Be up to date with HR trends, best practices, and labor legislation.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Educational or Professional Experience (3-5 years) within the People, Supply or Logistics functions preferable
  • Strategic partnering skills
  • General knowledge of labor law and HR processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others
  • Comfortable with ad-hoc financial/numerical analysis
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to cover all People topics E2E from Strategic to Operational topics
  • Highly structured and systematic/analytical approach to deliver business solutions
  • Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships
  • Leads by example, and lives the company’s values, 10 principles and capabilities
  • Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity to achieve results
  • Fluent in Dutch and good level of English
