The Production Executive for Optical Vacuum Coating Department overseas day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of coating processes. The primary focus is on meeting production targets, maintaining product quality and driving continuous improvement. Leading the production team, technicians, operators and quality assurance the Production Executive is responsible for achieving departmental goals.
Responsible include:
-Develop and execute production plans based on customer orders, resource availability and capacity
-Coordinate with the planning team to ensure material, consumables and resources are available

-Monitor coating and equipment to ensure adherence to SOP's and quality specifications
-Implement process control measures to optimize yield, cycle time and equipment efficiency
-Troubleshoot process-related issue and take prompt corrective actions
-Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, training and support
-Allocate tasks, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment
-Conduct performance evaluations and identify skill development opportunities
-Collaborate with quality assurance team to establish and maintain quality control procedures
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements
-Investigate and resolve quality-related issue, implementing necessary actions
-Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and product quality.
-Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and enhancements.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations,company policies and industry standards
-Promote a safety culture, implement protocols, and address safety concerns
-Generate production reports and maintain accurate records, including batch records and parameters
-Provide regular updates on production performance, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
-Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
-Proven experience in production or manufacturing
-Excellent leadership and team management skills
-Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Strong knowledge of optical vacuum coating process, equipment and technologies
-Familiarity with quality control procedure for optical coatings
-ISO10110 knowledge
