KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure optimal performance and utilisation of Salesforce.
- Create and manage user profiles, including permission sets and groups.
- Provide administrative and training support to users by helping resolve any current system issues being experienced.
- Help research and configure technical system change requests.
- Assist with system functionality testing.
- Perform data updates, maintenance and quality assurance checks.
