Your role at Exness:
- Administrate systems, participate in developing trading infrastructure solutions to allow for the speedy development and release of Exness trading products and services. Driving reliability to systems in production and helping the team spend less time working on support escalations, and give the team more time to build new features and services.

You will:
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Create reports, visualizations on the systems. Integrate monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.
- Provision infrastructure and manage business processes as code.
- Manage the lifecycle of engineering solutions in relation to a set of specific business problems.
- Prioritize and automate toil work
- Implement development of strategic technical vision as laid out by Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Product development teams.
- Participate in solution prototyping experiments.
- Control implementing changes and applying new patches and versions, assisting with architecture evolution over time.
The ideal candidate:
Technical - Hard skills
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience.
- Linux administration experience of at least 1 year.
- Working experience administering databases.
- Good knowledge of capacity planning, resource management, and architecture design for server deployments.
- Have some experience or knowledge building infrastructure as code and investing in architecture setup.
- Ability to quickly analyze a problem having limited data. Make hypotheses and test them.
- An understanding of TDD.
- Knowledge or experience in CI/CD and automated build pipeline.
Nice to have
- Windows administration experience.
- AWS Solution Architect / AWS SysOps certification.
- Experience working in Python, R lang, Go, or Java.
- Experience in DevOps and service ownership.
- Strong pair programming or mob programming skills.
- Experience using tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible.
- Familiar with HashiCorp open-source tools.
- Experience with Public Cloud services or VMware solutions.
- Experience with Data Processing pipelines.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Vertica.
