Responsibilities:
- Conduct outgoing calls to clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Serve as an administrative coordinator, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
- Gather and document information accurately and efficiently to support decision-making processes.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Demonstrate excellent phone conversation skills, conveying information effectively and professionally.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Other Responsibilities:
- Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
