Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outgoing calls to clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Serve as an administrative coordinator, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Gather and document information accurately and efficiently to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone conversation skills, conveying information effectively and professionally.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 per month
