Headquartered in Norther Switzerland our Client is a leading multinational company leading the industrial/manufacturing sector of food packaging, with several branches and production sites across Europe. To enhance its IT team, we're seeking a qualified candidate for the role of:



Posizione:

The selected Candidate will be part of an international team, reporting to the Digital & Enterprise Manager, and will be responsible for:


  • Managing projects and continually developing the IT HR product and application landscape.
  • Translating business requirements into IT specifications and user stories.
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in HR applications.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the responsible business process owner.
  • Leading ongoing improvements and further product development.
  • Ensuring the system operates as defined and addressing all interfaces.
  • Coordinating external partner relations for system management.
  • Creating technical RICEFW specifications and IT realization concepts.
  • Providing operational IT support.


Requisiti:

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP payroll configuration.
  • PMI / IMPI certification (optional).
  • ITIL certification for IT service management.
  • Familiarity with at least one National Collective Labor Agreement (optional).


For this international role, proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.

Location: Pöchlarn (Austria)
with the option of up to 2 days of remote work per week.
