Role : Property Coordinator/Cold calling executive

Major Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Cold calling/Tele calling
Ø Coordinate among team managers and property consultants
Ø Property Management
Ø Tenant Relationship
Ø Record keeping and Documentation
Ø Communication and Reporting
Qualification:
Ø 6 months – 1 year experience in to the property coordination is a must
Ø Real Estate Background experience is a must
Ø Own /dependent/Family/Spouse Visa
Ø Immediate Joiner
Ø Prefer Asian/Philippine
Ø Prefer Female candidate
