Component Administrator
Responsibilities
- Oversee the material introduction process for single semiconductors, integrated components, and electrical parts.
- Your attention to detail and compliance with RoHS regulations will be crucial in ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and RoHS compliance of all relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to support the preparation of EMS Prime components using external databases for technical, environmental, and logistics data.
- Perform mass updates for all components.
- Facilitate smooth production processes by extending materials in SAP Plants.
- Provide training and support to users on material data management.
- Monitor and maintain distribution groups to streamline data management.
- Address and resolve user issues related to material data management.
- Conduct tools testing as needed to enhance efficiency.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in material data management or related roles.
- Familiarity with RoHS compliance and documentation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
