Tecrux Global is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on sales to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by promoting our products and services. This position requires working in a night shift from 7pm to 4am to cater to our US-based customers.
Responsibilities:
-Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers via phone, emails and chat.
-Identify Customer needs and offer appropriate products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening and resolving customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in professional and timely manner.
-Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers to drive sales conversions.
-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team success.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Should be able to build a team and be team player.
-Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and development programs.
Requirements:
-Previous experience of 1-2 years in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Availability to work night shifts from 7pm to 4am on a regular basis.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
