Diamonds Supply Planner, Global Supply Chain

We are seeking a Supply Planner with focus on our new product line - Diamonds by Pandora. In this role you will be responsible for the supply of product to our regional DCs, ensuring key availability KPI targets are met, and collaborating closely with Diamond S&OP partner, assortment planning, and merchandizing teams. The key success factors for this position include collaboration, teamwork, process understanding and supply chain understanding.
You will be part of shaping the supply set up, including inventory management and distribution for Diamonds by Pandora. Further, you will participate in weekly S&OE alignment meetings with Global & Local cluster teams to ensure clear alignment across the value chain. High level of availability to support our integrated planning strategy is a fundamental goal of the team.
Efficient and proactive approach to operational execution
As Diamonds Supply Planner, you will be responsible for implementing supply processes and fine tune the inventory strategy and execution of the new product line. You will strengthen the reporting capabilities while also supporting initiatives related to Diamonds by Pandora or other global business units, such as Integrated planning. Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:

Detailed supply planning on a SKU level, considering capacity constraints and optimizing for availability, commercial priority, inventory and demand needs.

Drive a culture of collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including S&OP, Production, Supply Planning, and other relevant stakeholders. Your ability to build strong working relationships and facilitate cross-functional coordination will contribute to the seamless flow of information.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock availability, WOC and order placement accuracy.

A Background in Supply Chain or Operation management

Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus

Experience from global organization

Open to challenge and can-do attitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially on Excel

Proficiency in QlikView, PowerBI and Logility is considered a plus

English, verbally and written
