Job Brief
- As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track sales metrics and prepare sales reports for management review.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively demonstrate product benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Continuously update product knowledge to present information accurately.
- Share product insights and updates with customers to drive sales.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing sales efforts.
