KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking an eDiscovery UAT Analyst .
Remote, work from home opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between various operational stakeholders and development teams to plan and test upcoming releases
- Work with stakeholders to identify areas of risk or concern to understand areas of concentration needed for testing
- Create and document detailed test cases and communicate any bugs found to the development team for remediation
- Provide consistent and repeatable testing processes for UAT
- Identify, create, and maintain data for test cases as needed
- Ensure product features meet stakeholder requirements
- Participate in team meetings to discuss operational needs and software releases
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent in related IT field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Nice to Haves
- Experience with creating/running Microsoft or Postgres SQL queries
- Experience with industry standard eDiscovery tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
