Email Support Specialist | Dayshift | No BPO experience required [Philippines]

We are looking for candidates with Email and Data Entry working experience for our BPO Accounts.

  • This is a non-voice data-entry and writing sort of customer care or back-end support job done in a BPO (call center) setup via chat and email.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Coordinate online with customers, either collecting or offering them information through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Enter client and account information by inputting alphabetic and numeric data on a keyboard or optical scanner in accordance with the screen format.

TO QUALIFY, THE CANDIDATE MUST:

  • Be willing to work in Quezon City, Pasig City, Makati City, or Mandaluyong City.
  • Have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
