The International Admissions Team Leader will manage a team of Admissions Officers in providing the international admissions service associated with the on-boarding of students from application through to registration, with a focus on accuracy of data, and compliance with internal, external processes and procedures and the associated legislation.

What’s the job?
The International Admissions Team Leader will manage a team of Admissions Officers in providing the international admissions service associated with the on-boarding of students from application through to registration, with a focus on accuracy of data, and compliance with internal, external processes and procedures and the associated legislation.
This is a permanent full time role based at our any of our campuses across Australia.
Note: To be successfully taken into consideration for this role, you must have full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship options for this role.
Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Processing, assessment and issuing of admissions documentation within agreed turnaround timelines, international admission requirements and international admission procedures and standards
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of student applications, CoEs and offer letters in order to maximise the conversion of enquiries into applications and enrolments
- Conducting GTE screening
- Communicate admission and GTE outcomes and feedback, dispatch offer letters and conduct appropriate follow up
- Communicating outcomes of admission requests to required stakeholders.
