Work within a gated community based in Ipswich and manage a small portfolio of modern, prestige townhouses!

Our client is looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and dynamic team, with the option to live onsite!

The Assignment:

• Monday - Friday, flexible hours on offer!
• Manage a clean portfolio of 100 properties end-to-end
• Trust accounting and daily receipting using PropertyMe
• QCAT preparation and attendance where required

The Successful Candidate:

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• PropertyMe software experience
• Strong legislation knowledge
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
