Team Management
• Managing time keeping, attendance, late coming.
• Delegation and monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly work.
• Development and support to the QCs.
• Monitoring QC quality.
• KPI’s and reporting on stats
Quality Control
• Reviewing escalations and disputes.
• Trend analysis for the various Companies.
• Managing changes on the Platforms utilized within the QC environment.
• Reporting
Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Call Scoring software
• Managing a team
