Job description:
1. Take charge of the onsite construction work relating to building foundations
2. Schedule, coordinate and allocate daily work activities to team members
3. Order and organize materials and supplies, such as steel bars, concrete, and cement
4. Travel to and supervise multiple sites during a day
5. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
6. Monitor and control work performance
7. Ensure adherence to all schedule and budgets requirements of projects
8. Maintain healthy and safe work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
9. Select and train staff members
