The Site QA/QC Engineer is responsible keep track of quality standards and specify the requirements that a test result must satisfy. Quality engineers keep an eye on a process's quality and are crucial in resolving problems when they come up ensuring that the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented and efficient manner in the site and project and has the responsibility for the implementation.
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for working closely with other engineers and related construction, fabrication, etc.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
· The preparation of the projects & sites QA & QC manual control and supervision of all main works & subcontractor.
· Follow up with main team and subcontractor.

· Control and the distribution of all the projects & sites quality documentation.
· Monitor all quality related activities on the project
· Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the project manager.
· Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

· Develop a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (including Turner's contract, plans, specifications, and applicable codes).
· Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.
· Implement project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with the project safety plan.
· Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
· Understand the project execution plan and coordinate Quality Control procedures at appropriate stages of the work and in line with the project schedule.
· Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the contract documents.

· Visiting and training the outsourcing vendors for continual improvements.
· Preparing and maintaining the approved samples.
· Preparing the approved supplier for assembly outsourcing and monitoring the quality/delivery ratings. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing outsourcing assembly suppliers
· Record keeping of routines, keep contract files and use them as reference for the future.
· Preparing list of various tool and dies which are given to ERIPL supplier as ERI Property.
· Periodic checking of tools & dies with supplier for their intended use.
· Maintaining Tool life record for its intended use.
