Wärtsilä Engine Power Plants, Supply Chain Management is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to further strengthen its team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be a key contributor in driving profitability, safeguarding readiness, and mitigating risk on project level within Energy Power Plants.
As the Supply Chain Management representative in the Project Sales phase, you will be working across organisations with Sales, Proposal and Project Management teams. You will also have a strong position within supply chain management driving implementation of supplier strategies towards projects.
To excel in this highly collaborative role, you will have a solid understanding of project management and supply planning. You will also possess the ability to coordinate between stakeholders creating alignment and transparency.
You will be based Helsinki, Turku or Vaasa, Finland.
Requirements:
- Sales management and or project management experience.
- Motivation to learn, drive and implement new wow.
- Proactive, target oriented approach with a can-do attitude.
- Good change management, communication and team working skills.
- Ability to prioritise trough good sense of urgency.
- Ability to create transparacy for risk/opportunity decision making.
- Good facilitation skills.
- Supply Chain Management experience seen as plus.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or Economics or similar.
