Job Title: Sales/Store Manager

Location: Lekki

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

A Sales/Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. They drive store sales, increase profitability and create business strategies that will increase sales, grow the existing customer base and maintain high store standards and conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Analyze and interpret reports to make sound business decisions and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in managing a business or in a managerial role
  • Knowledge in sales
  • Computer literate
  • Working knowledge of business management principles and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Direct and oversee the recruitment, selection, training and development of staff to build and sustain a high performing team
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
