Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining an appointment book
  • Answering phone calls and providing information to callers
  • Performing clerical tasks
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or staff
  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors
  • Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building
  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any social science course
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
  • Ability to speak English fluently and relate with clients and visitors amiably.
