We are currently recruiting for one of our clients for the position of “Secretary” in a Law firm.
TITLE: *Secretary*
LOCATION: Opebi, Ikeja
SALARY: Negotiable
DUTIES:
1. Represent the company well when dealing with clients and officials
2. Support one or multiple attorneys to help them optimize their time
3. Manage all administrative responsibilities in the legal office.
4. Ensure the smooth running of the office
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Male preferably for gender balance
2. OND/HND/BSC in secretarial studies, mass communication, business or any related field.
3.Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a secretary in a law firm
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Maintain confidentiality at all times
7. Proximity to Location is an added advantage.
8. Experience in publishing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₦100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
