This remote position pays $20 - $25 per hour and the rate is determined by your experience and skill set. It is not a commissioned position.
Please read the following carefully:
We are looking for an experienced and established work-from-home business development/telesales professional. This is a remote position involving no travel. You are a seasoned sales person that is used to working in higher level telesales related jobs. You already know how to find, qualify, influence, negotiate, and close decision makers with ease on warm and cold calls.
We are not looking for someone to "learn on the job". This means you have already made many thousands and thousands of calls and are used to the “grind” of this kind of work. We want someone who will give an honest hours work for an honest hours pay, and not have a bunch of excuses about why they can’t show up for work or can’t perform their job. You must already possess the knowledge, have a good verifiable track record, and be willing to prove that.
You should have a good understanding of all the usual technology and processes that you will need to use to be able to do your job as a remote business development professional, including:
CRM
Telephony/Dialer
Email
Lead Gen/Lists
Document Management
Appointments/Scheduling software
Web meetings/Webcam software
2 additional highly desired skills (but not necessary to be considered):
- You have good writing/editing skills for phone scripts, emails, social media posts, etc.
- Know how to assess a clients needs by asking a few key questions and then know exactly what sales and marketing solutions they would need.
