What You Will Do
- Act as the point of contact among internal teams, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Engage and manage specific projects throughout their life cycle, ensuring initiatives remain on track and flag issues that jeopardize the quality or timeliness of deliverable
- Support Country Manager in leading and growing the business profitably on all relevant lines of the Profit & Loss: Human resource, campaign margin optimization, etc…
- Create reports and update internal databases, make sure all the information is well filtered and reported correctly to the point.
- Consulted on internal policies, working process and troubleshoot malfunctions
Who You Are
- A recognized Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position; or in Account Management
- Having experience in Advertising Agency is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
