QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male; 28-35 years old
- Bahrain national
- Bachelor/ Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Knowledgeable on fire and safety, including regulations and requirement
- Experienced in equipment repair and maintenance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To understand the fault of all fire related items like fire alarm panel, detectors, fire extinguisher, break glass, fire pump, etc. and resolve the problem.
- To coordinate with AMC contractors for routine maintenance service.
- To arrange with tenants and AMC contractor to do fire drill every quarter.
- To visit regularly ( at least each warehouse once in 15 days) and check all fire related fittings and fixtures are working in order.
- To check if the tenants are blocking any fitting and fixtures against the rule.
- Make sure overall functioning of all fire related items are in order at all time.
