Proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Lightroom and Photoshop to edit, retouch, and enhance photographs, ensuring the highest quality output.
- Apply color correction, exposure adjustments, and other editing techniques to achieve desired visual effects.
- Crop, resize, and optimize images for various digital and print platforms, maintaining consistency with our brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with photographers and clients to understand their creative vision and editing preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in photo editing software to continuously improve our editing techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably in a professional photography studio or agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is a must.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent knowledge of editing techniques, including retouching, color grading, and image manipulation.
- Familiarity with various file formats, resolutions, and image optimization for web and print.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client requirements and provide feedback to photographers.
