Release Manager [Sweden]

 

You will be accountable for the continuous IT delivery of business value to the stakeholders and product owners. You will be part of our transformation journey being able to work with an organization, stakeholders, and train members that are not fully ready for the ultimate agile change. Hence need to be pragmatic and find reasonable solutions for the way of working. The way of working is based on our Common Delivery Model (CDM), and you will be part of continuously developing and improving our way of working.

You will:

• Lead an Agile Release Train – which develops IT for B2B Mobile customers
• Facilitate the ART events and processes
• Coach and train members of the train
• Continuously deliver IT business value together with IT Delivery organization and Business organization
• Coordinate delivery from multiple delivery teams to ensure a successful outcome of business value
• Managing and forecasting the capacity within the delivery stream to secure that there are no bottlenecks to delivering the requested functionality
• Plan, structure, follow up and improve the delivery stream output and way of working
• Communicate with stakeholders, help manage risk, escalate impediments, and drive relentless improvement

Experience:

• 10+ years
• Release Train Engineer for large complex Agile Release Trains
• You have an extensive experience in agile IT development and operation – from planning and design to development and deployment
• Leading complex “IT development” is something that excites you and you excel in building strong stakeholder relationships
• It’s a plus if you have experience in the Telecom area
