Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operator. You will be an active member of the Supply Chain team providing support, guidance and expertise.

This position is a days role, and a 23 month fixed term contract.

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following:

  Receiving stock, kitting schedules, cycle counting, forklift driving & Shipping
• Operate various computer controlled process support/process equipment.
• Provide training to others;
• Perform general troubleshooting and front line maintenance of equipment while maintaining production schedule;
• Perform annual re-qualification of equipment;
• Responsible for working as part of an empowered team to achieve site mission, vision and goals through:
  • Efficient and safe operation of equipment;
  • Active participation of the Tier process;
• Adhere to compliance, regulatory requirements; Safety and cGMP

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• Minimum Leaving Certificate with a requirement to advance to a relevant 3rd Level Qualification (Science, Engineering, Quality, Production) within a three year period.
• At least three years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment.
• Knowledge and experience in applying Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated use of continuous improvement skills/tools.
• Proficiency on SAP/Microsoft programs.
• Strong team player
• Good attention to detail
• Be an independent thinker
