DHL Air (Austria) GmbH is a new cargo airline founded in 2021, and is a subsidiary of DHL Group. The prime focus of the airline is to operate for the EU network with a fleet of Boeing 757 aircraft. The headquarters of the airline is located in Vienna, main crew base is currently in Leipzig, delivering our customer promise of Excellence. Simply Delivered. During the course of a new project of adding four Boeing 767s to the existing fleet, we’re looking forward to expanding our staff in Vienna.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:The CIS Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for the following core areas:
- Develop and administer CIS and Learning & Development plans and initiatives by identifying opportunities, designing training material, defining training goals, delivering training, etc. that develop the capabilities, performance and potential of our people in line with employee needs, CIS and Learning & Development plans, processes, budgets and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all Airline related training for Ground Staff
- Review and management of the CIS/CIM forecast on a monthly basis
- Manage CIS and CIM trainings -> execution and adherence to planning, quality check
- Facilitation of CIS & CIM trainings
- Responsibility for the support of the Learning and Development applications and the associated personnel development processes
- Participation in and execution of HRD tasks and projects
- Representation according to back up arrangements defined in the team
- Make sure that all training needs for Ground Staff (esp. technical trainings) are defined and executed, so that required training for an airline is implemented and recorded

Professional:
- Experience and competence in conducting trainings
- Knowledge of conceptual work and executing trainings curricula
- Fluent English (spoken/written), German language knowledge is an advantage
