Job Opportunity: Product Manager - LCA (Lighting Control & Automation).
We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Product Manager.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in the Lighting Control & Automation division
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and keep close coordination between Sales, Pre-Sales, Design and Technical team.
· Strengthen business growth, generate new leads, expand revenue along with customer retention and enhance customer confidence.
· Close networking with key stake holders in project cycle generally comprising of consultants, architects, contractors and customers.
· Make sure that the products are specified and solutions are designed keeping in view the latest technologies, standards and trends.
· Product development by conducting individual and joint training sessions, product seminars and exhibitions.
· Launching and introduction of new and upcoming products.
· Evaluation and testing of compatible products along with integration with other Building Automation Systems.
· Inventory management keeping in view forecast as well as trends and factors affecting cost and pricing.
· Keep track of all projects and manage Service Level Agreements and Maintenance Contracts.
· Evaluation of project sites and lead teams for standardized installations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven track record in product management within the Lighting Control & Automation.
Strong technical expertise in Lighting Control & Automation systems and electrical engineering.
Strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and achieve targets.
