BDCatalysts is on a mission to become a leading service provider for lead generation, lead nurturing, and appointment-setting, and we're looking for people who want to help us get there.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries.
- Report customer details and comments in our system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with any no-show customers.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and treat all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Identify and address customer needs with the goal of complete satisfaction.
- Ensure potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Cover different dealerships at any given time.
- Cover the shift of any Catalysts when they have requested a Paid-Time-Off (PTO).
- Onboard and train new Catalysts.
- Complete further training and assist CSMs with tasks that require a higher level of expertise when needed.
Schedule:
We have full-time vacancies that consist of working six hours per day, from Monday to Saturday, in morning/afternoon (9:00 to 15:00 EST) and afternoon/evening shifts (15:00 to 21:00 EST).
