Kalos Services is looking for part-time, remote permitting, customer service and purchasing support. Candidates must reside in Florida, ideally Central Florida and in commuting distance to our offices in Clermont, Florida for occasional staff meetings.
Candidates will act as a professional representative for Kalos Services Inc. and conduct all tasks with excellence, efficiency, and accuracy. Including: Billing/invoicing, contracts, invoice approvals, bookings, tracking of data for the division, permitting related tasks, contacting building departments, managing Trello boards and any other tasks required.
