We are looking for a young dynamic individual to join our Team, the role under consideration is a mix between Website E-Commerce Administration & Digital Social Media Marketing Management.
The major activities are;
Website E-Commerce Administration: Coordinate with Web Developer on enhancements and changes to ensure safe and efficient user experience, troubleshooting, updating content, stock and prices in an accurate and timely manner, upload products images and categorize as deemed appropriate, manage the sales and marketing campaigns, new promotions and arrivals. Update orders from the time received and passed to the Support Sales Team for execution and dispatch via the relative courier company till receipt by clients, generate invoice and reconcile payments based on payment type.
Social Digital Marketing: Produce, Agree & Execute a Plan that will help in increasing the traffic via our existing social network platforms with focus on sales conversion. Address SEO / SEM / SMO service implementation for our E-Commerce website to be witnessed and identified on Google. Ensure regular use of unique content / captions for adequate images / videos to be published in an organized manner and on an agreed frequency that will help improve our ranking as well attract more audience / followers. Introduce promotion ads and good content writing for captions using best techniques by the relative matter expertise. Know how on the following are as well a must have on Instagram such as but not limited to Posts Grid, Reels, Website Ads, Prices Tagging, Insta Shop, Instagram campaigns.
Other Related Personal Skills & Applications Know How: Photo shooting & Good Photography – Videos Creation & Production – Photoshop – Illustrator – Canva – Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Moreover, leads generation closure and successful implementation of the agreed marketing plan will be subject to monthly cash rewards and incentive.
