Remote - Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Company) [United States]


 

Lincare is the nation’s leading provider of clinical respiratory services, oxygen and durable medical equipment. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remote.

** Must Live in the state of Nevada**

**This is a Remote Position.**

** Various Shifts from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Sunday**

**Internet Speed: Internet: high speed (min 25mbps), hard wired, <50ms, <5%
deviation**

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes customer contact by receiving inbound return calls and initiating follow up outbound calls
  • Submit new orders and monitor their completion, from initiation to setup, working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments
  • Prepare and analyze the billing and setup paperwork for patient services
  • Verify patient information
  • Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization
  • provide outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology with high proficiency of general medical office procedures, including HIPAA regulations (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Must type at least 25-30 words per minute
  • Computer skills that include the use of computer programs as well as the use of internet and email
  • Must be very good at multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistent, accurate records

Physical Demands: The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
