job Description: -
1. Perform regular quality check on the In-Line goods to ensure they are what that is required.
2. Complete record of In-line Inspection & Keeps record of inspections for future references.
3. Do the inspection of raw material before issuing it to the production department.
4. Complete record of Raw Material Inspection & Keeps record of inspections for future references.
5. Identify all the defects and suggest the corrective action of it to Quality Engineer.
6. Must have complete knowledge of customer requirements & meet them.
7. Completion of all the rework items from production hall and finishing hall.
8. There should be no repetition in defect nature.
9. Ability to read drawings & use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers etc.
10. In-depth understanding of fixture settings, machine specifications & welding plant parameters.
11. Complete dealing with Rework pieces & and manual filling of rework sheet.
12. Deployment of 5S and cleanliness protocols with the help of Quality Engineer.
13. Keep all the documents updated and correct.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
