Job Description
  • Position Purpose
  • Senior Financial Analyst with the ability to directly support the Inbound Solutions leadership team by business partnering on a primarily operational level.
  • Major Accountabilities
  • Provides direct support to the Finance Business partner on daily operations and ad-hoc projects.
  • Ability to combine FP&A data analytics with business insights to produce accurate budgets and forecasts and clearly measure and communicate performance.
  • Able to explain P&L and Financial results to a non-finance audience.
  • Provides support to the wider business by providing future looking ad-hoc analysis.
  • Manages & challenges existing standard reporting portfolio and defines future reporting needs, ad-hoc Finance reporting to efficiently and effectively serve the business.
  • Participates in commercial sales model discussions, acts as the guardian of profitability, tackles complex sales models independently, able to conduct risk analysis & provide scenarios based on strategy.
  • Supports in the implementation of new finance tools, software & processes.
  • Manages the IPEP / POSA & stock alignment processes.
  • Supports the implementation and application of a European commercial policy by use of standard practices and tools.
  • Provides Finance trainings to the internal organization
  • Participates in quarterly sales meetings to represent finance and gain business understanding.
  • Applies authority matrix to ensure control environment is being followed and having a certain authority within it
  • Implement customer profitability tool and customer contract database
  • Helps with building Finance process maps, SOP’s and governance structure.
  • Acts as a back up for the Finance Business Partner.
