Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Proficient in written and spoken legal English and Hungarian.
- at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience gained in multinational/international companies.
- Bar exam must have, LLM nice to have.
- Proven experience in the area of Commercial Law and Corporate Law.
- Strong and professional experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers
- Independence, good problem-solving skills, business thinking.
- Reliability, team player attitude.
- Precision, attention to detail.
Your future role
- Provide legal and strategic advice at various levels on legal matters
- Review, draft, negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Corporate housekeeping for all Deloitte Hungary member firms (including corporate changes of Deloitte Legal Göndöcz and Partners Law Firm)
- Provide legal review and legal risk assessment, including legal risk mitigation.
- Research and evaluation of various risk factors to support business decisions and operations.
- Apply effective risk management techniques and provide active consulting on possible legal issues.
- Provide clarifications on legal language.
- Regular monitoring of new legislation and regulatory requirements and their subsequent implementation.
- Cooperate with regional legal team on implementation of applicable policies, contracts.
- Provide support in Labor law matters.
- Assist in the development of junior legal counsels, supervising their work.
- Support the work of the team leader.
