Dough Bakery in Wellington is currently recruiting for a Bread baker.
You will be responsible for bread preparation as per our production schedules.
We bake from scratch sourdough, brioche, buns and focaccia.
Some commercial cookery experience is preferred but is not necessary and we are more interested in the quality of the candidate and their commitment.
The salary ranges from $24.00 – $28.00 per hour.
Some of the tasks that you will conduct include:
- preparation of ingredients
- preparation of breads as per set menu as required
- washing, measuring, cutting and weighing ingredients
- Keeping the kitchen clean at all times
- ordering and taking account of ingredients
- operating cooking equipment
