Job Description
IN A NUTSHELL
In this role you'll have the opportunity to support and coordinate a wide range of impactful projects, including Business Planning, PR administration, Content Management, and high-profile external events like Red Bull Hardline, Red Bull Rampage and Red Bull Junior Brothers, all contributing towards achieving our annual Bike Network objectives.
WHAT YOUR WEEKS COULD LOOK LIKE
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in assisting with day-to-day administration and activation of key projects across Earned, Owned, and Managed channels. You will be responsible for coordinating projects internally, ensuring efficient timelines and maintaining relevant documentation.
Work closely with the Communications Manager, assisting with various aspects of Earned activation such as copywriting, photography briefings, reporting, media/SOL hosting, media/SOL matrix, and distribution. Collaborate with the Commissioning Producer in content development, including content briefs, project management, event content production, and content feedback.
Additionally, you’ll provide valuable support to the social media team by assisting with channel analytics, event social content production, and social content briefs.
Qualifications
Meaningful work experience in project coordination/management in an international environment and a strong understanding of Red Bull events and projects
Enthusiastic about Bike sports like DH, XC, BMX, Slopestyle, Road biking – no need to be an expert
Team-player and self-starter mentality with excellent communication and project management skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.029 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
