Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Douyin e-commerce recommendation strategies, based on user insight, supply and demand analysis, and effective communication with algorithms to promote user experience upgrades and operational efficiency improvements 2. Build related infrastructure, including but not limited to product understanding, user Comprehension and content understanding, and complete complex strategy design 3. Design relevant strategies and target evaluation systems & methods, complete the effect verification and continuous optimization of different strategies 4. Explore product and content integration scenarios, vertical scenarios, and innovations in marketing scenarios design.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in recommending strategic products 2. Understand business, have a good business vision and products Insights, have a good understanding of one or more of e-commerce, content, and shopping guides 3. Logical and meticulous, quick thinking, self-driven, data-oriented, result-oriented, and strong business awareness is preferred 4. Teamwork spirit, good Excellent logical thinking ability, business understanding ability, data analysis ability, and rapid learning ability good empathy ability and negotiation ability 5.
